It is the customers responsibility to provide the power. The outlet must be located no more than 100 feet from the blower. Our crew will need access to outlets upon arrival. Depending on the rented items, more than one outlet might be required. If the location is somewhere without power (i.e. a field), you will need a generator.

I’m sorry, but our insurance only allows a trained professional to setup and tear down all rentals.

We can setup anywhere in the grass or on concrete surfaces. We must know your area type at booking, as additional fees are added for sandbags. We DO NOT setup in the mud, dirt, or gravel areas.

Deposits are not refundable but are allowed to be rain checked at our discretion!

NO! Some units are made to be dry only. If you rent a unit dry, and add water, you will be subjected to a $200 cleaning fee!

All units are cleaned and sanitized before and after your rental. We provide you with top notch service. Please respect our equipment. A cleaning fee of $200 will be imposed if there is mud, pet feces, confetti or glitter on the unit. Absolutely no silly string!!! As per contract, you will be charged a cleaning fee ranging from $200- full replacement price of unit for any silly string!

We will travel up to 40 miles! Please remember, anything over 20 miles will have a delivery fee added to total! We deliver bounce houses, waterslides and games to the following areas: Benton, Bossier City, Haughton, Shreveport, Blanchard, Stonewall, Keithville, Minden, Vivian, Oil City, Mooringsport, & Minden!

1. IF WINDS EXCEED 15 MPH UNPLUG THE INFLATABLE IMMEDIATELY.

2. Inflatable products must be operated over a smooth, compatible surface such as grass, not dirt. Installations on other than grass, (concrete and asphalt, or indoors) must be stated at the time the reservation is made. The unit MAY NOT be operated on rough surfaces, such as tree roots, rocks, glass, or any jagged objects. The unit POSITIVELY may NOT be located against any wall, pole, or fixed object or under electrical power lines.

3. Do not move or re-locate the inflatable after it has been installed. Do not attach anything (signs, banners, etc.) to the rented equipment.

4. No shoes (sock feet OK), necklaces / jewelry, eyeglasses, or sharp objects are allowed in inflatable activities. At any given time, participants should be of a comparable age and size. Examples: Persons over age 15 should play separately from younger children; 10 and 12 yr. olds should not be mixed with 6 and 8 yr. olds; 6 and 8 yr. olds should not be mixed with 3 and 4 yr. olds, etc. Observe “item specific” number and weight restrictions.

5. Please keep the unit clean and dry. No food or drinks, or gum near unit, no water, confetti, sand, or dirt. A $100 fee will be charged for clean up. Absolutely NO SILLY STRING!! You will be charged the entire cost of replacing the unit including shipping and loss of rental income.

6. No Flips, Roughhousing, Wrestling, etc. (THIS IS A NO TOLERANCE POLICY!!) This behavior may result in paralysis or death.

7. No one is allowed to supervise or play on any rented activity that is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other “intoxicating” substance.

WARRANTY: Lessor warrants that the unit leased under this Rental Agreement will be in good working order on the effective date of the Rental Agreement. The unit is supplied and maintained subject to this warranty. Lessor’s obligation under this Rental Agreement is limited to repair or replacement of the unit when Lessor determines that it does not conform to this warranty. This warranty is in lieu of any and all other warranties expressed or implied, and of any and all obligations and of any and all liabilities on the part of the Lessor for damages, including, but not limited to, consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the unit.

1. All reservations with Garrison Party Rentals require a NON-REFUNDABLE but TRANSFERABLE (at our discretion) deposit in advance of the event.

2. The deposit amount will be applied to the total charges due.

3. Rentals may be paid by credit card or cash.

4. Deposits range from $50-$100 (depending on amount of unit).

5. Cancellations, if due to inclement weather, must happen between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM the day prior to the start of the arrival window. (greater than 50% chance of rain for the hours of the event based on google weather). At this time, your deposit may be transferred to be used for rescheduling within 12 months of the original event date.

6. If cancelled AFTER 12:00 PM on the day prior to the start of the arrival window, your deposit is no longer transferable.

7. Should you cancel once the delivery vehicle containing your order leaves the warehouse, you will be charged the full rental fee for the event.

8. No refunds, credits, or discounts will be issued for any occurrences outside of Garrison Party Rental’s physical control resulting in any equipment or service not being able to be used or being cancelled or refused by the customer.

9. We reserve the right to cancel this rental at any time due to any unsafe conditions. At this time, you may transfer your deposit to be used for rescheduling within 12 months of the original event date. If your unit has been delivered and weather becomes unsafe afterwards, we reserve the right to pick it up early. We do not offer any refunds if having to do so. Unfortunately, we cannot control the weather.

10. Unsafe weather conditions include rain chance 50% or greater, wind exceeding 15 mph, and temperature below 38 degrees. We use industry standards, manufacturer specifications, and weather reports from google weather to determine safe/unsafe conditions.

*Church, school, and corporate events- please be aware of this policy before you book. We do not offer refunds or rain checks if you receive a lower bid from another company after you have booked through us. If you cancel a booking, to go with another company, you will nolonger receive any type of group discounts and may be moved to our ban list.

If you are needing a certificate of insurance for a church, school, or corporate event, please let us know at the time of booking! These certificates normally take 5-7 business days to receive from underwriting! There is an additional charge of $60/ certificate!

If you are setting up indoors or on a concrete surface, you will be charged an additional $3/ sandbag. Sandbags are heavy and add additional weight to our trailer and setup time to transport.

If your yard has a sprinkler system, please be familiar with where the heads pop up. Garrison Party Rentals is not responsible for any damage done to water or gas lines. Please be familiar with your setup area before we arrive for setup!
